Always on the ground floor there is a room available for guests with special needs.  The whole plane is characterized by walls with visible stone and the attic with beautiful wooden beams and tiles.
  • On the upper floor three bedrooms, each with bathroom, perfectly furnished in style, elegant and well -kept in every detail ,have TV and internet connection.

The B&B is equipped with all network services, water service, electricity, telephone and gas, being located in a small village it is connected directly to the sewerage network.

FINISHES

The farmhouse has been recently renovated. The in-depth renovation involved the entire structure, adapting it to current seismic regulations, the technical equipment, the electrical system, the plumbing system and the heating are completely functional and compliant. The aesthetic and structural part was the subject of particular care, in the refinement of the materials used and their installation. The entire structure has exposed stone walls, wooden beams with tiles, wooden window frames with double glazing, the bedroom doors are ancient, maintaining the period locks and latches, which have also been restored.

The property is currently used as a B&B, ready to be used for income without the need for any modification or construction work.
