The house is located in the ancient village of Piandicastello dating back to the 12th century, in the municipality of Mercatino Conca, about 500 meters above sea level in a very natural setting with a 360° view that from the surrounding countryside reaches the castle of Tavoleto and the sea of ​​Cattolica which is 27km and 40 minutes by car. 

The village is very well restored and retains its ancient charm.

The main services are located in Mercatino Conca or Fratte di Sassofeltrio which both are 9km away and where there are post offices, banks, pharmacies and supermarkets.
